Our formulations are generally higher in protein than most. Ranging from 18% to 25%. Consisting of small oily fish, insects and eggs.

Fruits & Vegetables
Used for their unique set of nutrients, polyphenols, fibers and minerals.

Carbohydrates
We use a mix of carbohydrates. Paying special attention to soluble and insoluble fiber sources, commonly contaminated crops and mineral composition.

Herbs, Fungi & Supplements
Even in a whole food diet we often need additional vitamins and minerals to create a balanced meal. We often include other functional ingredients to support health and wellbeing.
